Hello, my name is Christine Dingle, I am 38 years old. I decided to create this blog after noticing that many people suffer from hemorrhoids. Like them, I suffered, for eleven long years of excruciating pain. Faced with this pain, the majority uses the doctor begins endless treatments are often ineffective, even undergoing operations. In this blog, I will not only tell you about my painful experience with this disease, but I will also show you the path that I took and that led me to heal. If you, too, you suffer from hemorrhoids, as I have suffered, do not worry, take my advice and you will get rid of it once and for all.

Hemorrhoids  are a very common disease and lack of early treatment they can quickly worsen. Precisely, thrombosis is one of the most common complications, but also the most serious of hemorrhoidal attacks. It can affect anyone. Statistics show that everyone has an average of 3 thromboses in their lifetime.

It is an acute manifestation of hemorrhoids, which are themselves caused by exaggerated dilation of the rectal and anal veins. Almost 10% of hemorrhoidal diseases lead to thromboses.

The latter is manifested by the presence of a blood clot in the sick veins, which causes very severe pain, externalization of the hemorrhoids and more or less significant bleeding during defecation, or even after. This pathology is the most common reason for medical emergencies.

Be careful not to confuse this disorder with other problems in the anal area such as abscess, cracks, marisques and benign or malignant tumors. It is therefore necessary to consult a doctor to have a clear heart.

You should know that there are two very distinct types of hemorrhoidal thrombosis: external and internal. The two cases are linked to arteriovenous disorders but their locations are different. Internal thrombosis is often caused by the formation of a blood clot about 1 cm in diameter in one or more hemorrhoids.

Bluish bumps form on the outside of the anus and are sometimes surrounded by edemas, the size of which varies depending on the case. Unbearable pain is felt, preventing even the victims of the pathology from sitting down.

Regarding external hemorrhoidal thrombosis, in the majority of cases, it is a complication of a disease of internal hemorrhoids which then leave the anal wall. But very rarely, internal thromboses are not externalized and remain in the wall. A rectal examination is therefore essential to diagnose them.

According to studies, hemorrhoidal thromboses are frequently favored when the level of uric acid increases. And this increase is caused by unregulated appetites or, on the contrary, by a too strict slimming diet. In addition, exerting too much physical effort is an aggravating factor.

It is for this reason that top athletes are among the first targets of hemorrhoidal disorders. Non-progressive training should be avoided to limit the risks. Chronic dehydration can also be a cause. And of course, there are hemorrhoids that were not treated in time.

Hemorrhoids attacks constitute up to 30% of consultations in gastroenterology and almost all men and women are affected. On the other hand, the thirties seem more targeted than the others. But it also happens that adolescents suffer from it repeatedly. In this case, surgical removal of the hemorrhoids is necessary.

Pregnant women are at risk since pregnancy is a factor favoring the development of pathogenic hemorrhoids. They often undergo edematous thrombosis whose treatments are still quite restrictive.

In addition, individuals who suffer from overweight, obesity or cancer are generally predisposed to have hemorrhoidal thromboses because of their often too high uric acid level. People over the age of 50 are also subject to this disease.

First of all, a medical consultation is essential in the event of thrombosis since the pathology does not heal spontaneously in most cases. In addition, the pain and discomfort it causes are so unbearable that medical treatment becomes naturally urgent.

Doctors often prescribe phlebotomies, oral medications to be taken for a week, preferably during a hemorrhoidal attack. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are also effective, but their abuse can cause side effects, including digestive upset.

For local treatments, anti-hemorrhoidal creams and ointments based on corticoids are sold in pharmacies ( Titanoreine lidocaine,  Daflon 1000,  Micro H gel,  Sedorrhoide suppo …). In homeopathy, horse chestnut extract is an effective solution against thrombosis. For the dosage, use 200 drops three times a day. In 50% of cases, these treatments (oral or local) effectively calm crises.

In the other 50% of cases, surgical interventions are necessary. This can be a hemorrhoidectomy (removal of pathogenic hemorrhoids), a sclerosing injection, an elastic ligation or infrared photo-coagulation.

HEMORRHOIDS WITH BLOOD CLOTS: Eat fiber, stay hydrated, have regular bowel movements and exercise

If none of these solutions make the crisis go away and you are prone to recurrences, it is possible to relieve the pain by surgery. The surgeon will then put you under local anesthesia and remove a small area around the anus, including the affected veins. However, this should be done within 72 hours of the onset of symptoms.

But before we get there, there are simple and effective ways to prevent a hemorrhoid crisis. Experts first recommend eating as much fiber as possible , found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. In fact, the fibers soften the stools and increase their volume, which facilitates their gentle expulsion. Also remember to drink enough water daily and to eat slowly in the morning, the intestine tends to mostly empty itself after breakfast.

Do regular physical activity to boost your transit and of course go to the bathroom several times a day. Because the longer you wait, the more dry and hard the stool will become. Once secure the throne, avoid forcing holding your breath, and do not spend more time than necessary in this position because the muscles are relaxed, which leads to an influx of blood. In other words, don’t start a novel. The telephone is also to be banished from the toilet.
